When ordering, the customer acknowledges having read and understood the general terms and conditions of sale, and fully accepts them.
We sell in the following countries : France, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Japan, Russia and many others, with variations regarding the delivery costs, the delivery times and the taxes according to current rules and laws of the countries.
Any order confirmed by a customer implies the agreement of this customer with all general terms and conditions of sales set out on the website.
Our website is translated in 2 different languages. You can browse and place your orders in French or English.

You can order by Internet, phone or mail.
All prices displayed on the product page is the price including tax. Unless you log in and specify a delivery country outside E.U. You can print an invoice from the menu My account. You will need it for any requests to our sales service.
Order's registration / method of payment
Your order is registered as soon as the payment is processed. For payments made with cheques or transfers, refer to the corresponding section.
Online payment
The online payment on this website is secured by the SSL protocol.
Any order confirmed by a customer implies the full agreement of this customer with all general terms and conditions of sale set out on the website. This agreement is irrevocable.
Payment by cheque
You can settle the payment by cheque (only with cheques issued by a french bank). Please send it to the following address :

Orders paid by cheques will be processed once we receive the cheque. It will be cashed on the day your order is shipped. Our payment terminal is linked to the file Resist banque de France.
Payment by Bank transfer
Our bank details for the transfer will be provided to you by email with the order's confirmation. Orders paid by bank transfers will be processed once the money has reached our account.
Credit card or Paypal
You can pay using all major credit cards or your Paypal account. This is the fastest way to proceed your order.
Product availability
The products displayed on this website are in stock and available in our warehouse.
If a product displayed on our website is out of stock, we will let you know, and you can decide whether you want a rescheduled delivery or an equivalent product. You will also be able to cancel your order and request a refund.
Terms of delivery
Orders placed before 12am are processed on the same day and shipped the next day.
The day of delivery is an estimate based on the shipment day of the order. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays have to be added to this time.
The time of delivery depends on the courier chosen. Refer to the shipping page on the website to get precise information about times and costs.
Shipping outside E.U.
Dupraz Sports offers a refund of the French VAT to customers who have chosen for their products to be delivered to Switzerland. The products will be sold at price before tax (Price including tax displayed on the website - 20% of french VAT). You'll need to pay the swiss VAT to the courier when the product gets delivered (Swiss VAT : 8%).
Dupraz Sports does not offer a tax refund for other countries (in case of a delivery in this country).
Dupraz Sports does not offer a deferred tax refund for its customers (= no refund of the VAT after importation).
Checking packages at delivery
When your order gets delivered, you need to check the state of the package.
If the products are damaged, we recommend you to refuse the delivery. We will take responsibility for settling the dispute with the courier. We will ship new products to you.
Guarantee, sales service
The products we sell are made by famous brands well-known for their reliability.
As such, they have a commercial guarantee added to the legal guarantee of conformity.
This guarantee is subject to a normal use of the product. We will contact the manufacturer in order to process your request quickly and with the utmost care.
The return costs of the faulty items are at the expense and risk of the customer. The company MGF Sport cannot be held responsible for any equipment deterioration due to an inadequate packaging. It is strongly advised to wrap your product more than necessary with bubble wrap. The products returned with postage due will be refused. If the product is delayed for 7 days or more, this time will be added to the duration of the remaining guarantee.
Following the sales service, the shipment to the customer is to our expense.
If the product you sent us hasn't been authorized to be returned and/or hasn't suffered a deterioration covered by the guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer to his expense.
The deteriorations due to impacts are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee (ski edges or snowboard edges torn off).

Cancellation / Return terms
You have a 30 days withdrawal period starting from the date of receipt of your parcel, in this case, you will be refund or the item will be exchanged. To proceed, fill in the return form that you can access from the 'Return-Refund' menu located in "My account". You can also contact us by email at contact @ dupraz-snow.com
In order to process your request, two conditions have to be met :
Request a return by writing to the Sales Service
The item(s) must be received by our services 30 days after the date your order has been delivered, at the latest.
The products have to be returned brand new and unused. In the case of a refund request, the refund will be done within ten business days from the day we receive the product(s).
WARNING : The refund regards the actual price paid when the order was made (item's price plus delivery costs) but does not include the return costs which are at your expense.
The right of cancellation cannot be exercised on supplies of goods made according to the customer's specifications, or which are substantially personalized (Article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code). This article regards the ski packages delivered with bindings already mounted to the customer's request. The mounting of the bindings is a custom setting matching the boot size of each customer.
Personal data
In accordance with the French law 78-17 from January 6th 1978 about individual freedom and data processing, you have the right to access the data you provided us and edit it. In case of a dispute between Dupraz Sports Sport and its customers, the dispute will be subject to the french law. The complainant can choose the qualified court.
System of scoring (Fraud detection)
Information about your order is subject to an automated processing of data. The purpose of this processing is to allocate a risk level to a transaction and fight against credit card fraud. Dupraz Sports is the recipient of the data regarding your order. If this data isn't transmitted, the analysis and the processing of your transaction won't be possible.
If a fault of payment due to a fraudulent use of a credit card occurs, the contact details regarding the order will be registered in a file 'incident of payment'. An irregular declaration or any problem might also be subject to a specific processing.
